2. PR Starter Kit

The PR Starter Kit ("Starter Kit") offered by Gldn PR initiates your enrollment in our subscription service for press release writing and publication.

3. Provision of Services

As part of your subscription, you are entitled to one high-tier press release written and published about your business each month. To facilitate this, Gldn PR will send you a press questionnaire via email and phone. It is your responsibility to complete and return this questionnaire promptly.

4. Non-fulfillment of Services
Gldn PR is not responsible for writing or publishing your press release in any month where you fail to complete and return the required press questionnaire. No refunds will be issued for months where the press release is not published due to your failure to provide the necessary information.

5. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Gldn PR respects your privacy regarding any information we collect while operating our websites and services. We ask for personal information only when necessary to provide a service to you. We collect information fairly and with your consent, and we explain why we're collecting it and how it will be used. We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the requested service and protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and unauthorized access. 9. Subscription and Billing
Following the initial 30-day period from the date of purchase of the Starter Kit at $10.00, you will be automatically charged a recurring monthly fee of $27.00. This fee is non-refundable and will continue to be billed to your provided payment method each month until cancelled.

10. Acknowledgment of Billing
By purchasing the Starter Kit, you acknowledge that the $10.00 introductory price will turn into a $27.00 recurring monthly charge after 30 days. You understand that this charge is non-refundable.

11. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by sending an email to

. Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

12. Amendments to Terms
Gldn PR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
